Our June presenter is Dave Peth of WGBH and Design Squad Nation.
Free tickets will be available Monday, June 25, starting at 7:00 AM.

Dave Peth is Senior Producer of interactive media at WGBH Boston, one of the largest producers of web and TV content for PBS. Dave has led digital projects for properties like Curious George, NOVA, Martha Speaks, Medal Quest and Design Squad Nation. He holds degrees from Cornell and Harvard Universities in things having to do with technology, human development and learning. He also holds cups of coffee, doors open for others, and a hope for tomorrow.

Kids learn to read, write and do arithmetic, but what about design? How do you use media to help someone learn the design process? Dave will share insights from his experience in the creation of the award-winning PBS web and television project Design Squad Nation, and how it is inspiring tomorrow’s designers and engineers to make a difference by making things.
