When unbridled creativity and world-class technology mix you get great design that can make our everyday lives more comfortable, more efficient, more exciting, and more rewarding.

The word innovation derives from the Latin word innovare “to renew or change.” Innovative design is happening all around us — in every industry and at every scale. From large energy projects to new urban environments to mobile software applications, Greater Boston is one of the world’s most innovative regions.

The Design Innovation Gallery is an ongoing series of exhibitions showcasing creative work happening in and around Boston’s Innovation District — including exciting and insightful projects in design, engineering, and technology.
